Bed & Breakfast Room Policies

  • Check in is 3pm-7pm. Check out is 11 am. Other check in and check out times may be available by prior arrangement. We respectfully ask that you please not arrive prior to 3pm to check in early without prior arrangement. We need the hours between 11am check out and 3pm check in to clean, restock, and refresh the inn so it is ready for you to enjoy! If you will be arriving after 10pm, please let us know so arrangements can be made to have someone available to greet you and get you settled into your room.
  • No smoking permitted inside or within 50 feet of our building (Ohio State Law). Smoking inside of the Wishmaker House is not permitted. 
  • Due to Ohio state law, we cannot allow any outside alcohol on the property. This includes all guest rooms. All alcohol consumed on the property must be purchased at the Wishmaker House.
  • Room rates are per room up to two-person occupancy. $35 charged per person, per night for additional guests in our third-floor suite. All other rooms are 2-person maximum occupancy per local zoning codes.
  • For the safety and privacy of our guest's, only registered guests are permitted on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
  • Prices are subject to change and vary based on availability. No packages or discounts will be honored on any holiday, holiday weekend, or during Bellville Fair Week.
  • A two-night minimum (Friday-Saturday) is required on select race weekends or during Bellville Fair week.
  • A major credit card is required to reserve your stay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Effective Wednesday, September 22, 2021 we will be passing on the 4% fee on all credit card purchases to the customers. 
  • Breakfast is served to overnight guests daily in our dining area. We prefer to seat for breakfast at 8am or 9am. Breakfast is typically over by 10am. If you need a different time, please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate you. Any breakfast request before 8am is usually continental self-service. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you make your reservation. Breakfast on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas is continental only.
  • Children are only permitted to stay in the third floor Treetop Suite. It is $35 per child, per night in this room.  All children staying in the Treetop Suite must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Also due to our location, we cannot accommodate pets. We would be happy to assist you in finding a local kennel to care for your pet during your stay!
  • Due to our small size cancellations affect us significantly. Our cancellation policy requires 7 days' notice for a full refund, minus a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations that are 7 days to 24 notices will be charged half the amount of the stay. Cancellations 24 hours or less will be charged the full amount of the stay.
  • Any and all damages to guest rooms or the property as a result of guest actions, that would require extra maintenance or cleaning are the financial responsibility of that guest and will be charged a fee according to the cost of maintenance or cleaning.

 

 

Igloo Rental Policies

 

* There are a total of 7 Igloos this year!
* There is a $150.00 Food & Beverage minimum Wednesday - Saturday for dinner service
* Sundays after 4:00, there is a $75.00 Food & Beverage minimum
* Due to the popularity, we do charge a $50.00 cancellation fee NO EXEMPTIONS
* Igloos will accommodate up to 8 people
* Each Igloo will have a theme / decor. If you want a specific Igloo, please reserve in advance
* Igloos are available 2-hour maximum time slot
* We do offer handicap accessible Igloos
* The Igloos are heated for the cooler months. However, we do recommend that you dress appropriately according to the weather.
