Local Products in Our Kitchen

We have so many wonderful farms in our community! We are happy to be able to use so many delicious fresh and local products in the Wishmaker House kitchen. We hope all of our guests are enjoying the local fare as well. Here is a list of some of the producers we use regularly:

Meadow Rise Farms: Spicy greens, micro greens,heirloom tomatoes, assorted lettuces, kale, asparagus, etc. 

Mark Sieving: Eggs

Scott Jessen: Tomatoes and lettuces 

Brian Miller: Tilapia, lettuce, fresh herbs

Osage Lane Creamery: Goat cheese feta

Ann's Raspberry Patch: Raspberry Jam, Brussel Sprout Spread, Hungarian Hot Pepper Mustard

Apple Hill Orchards: Apples, peaches 

Blueberry Patch: blueberries

Luke's Country Meats: sausage and other meats 

I also love to frequent the Bellville Farmers Market to stock up on fresh produce for Saturday nights! There are so many great vendors there!
